Comments: Plate at -25m for warm-up. Did good FIM to -26.4m. Plate at -40m for deep dives, but I did only one CWT at -37.4m, because no more air to equalize. Plate at -35m, did a CWT at -36.5m. Did a CNF at around -20m, just below the chemocline. We finished by doing some rescue dives.

Comments: Just training in the Stausee. Plate was at -22m, did 3 CWTs and one FIM. Tried a CNF but lost the rope quite soon so I did not go deep. Sharing the rope with Konstantin who seems to be a very experienced diver. Very calm, very good technique, good safety and enjoying the dives. Nice training before Jordan leaves for deep training in Nice.

Comments: Plate was at -40 and made 3 dives to the plate (-39.8m, -40.1m, ...). Was at the limit of my equalisation every time. But 3 good dives, quite controlled. First open water dive for Omar. Tried a CNF dive which went quite well, but stopped before starting the free fall. See video.

Comments: 3 CWT deep dives, 1st at 40.1m, 2nd at 38.4m and 3rd at 37.9m. Had to stop before the plate because I could not equalise anymore. First dive with head cam (see video). The plate was much too deep (and had a tendency to go down during the dive). Sandrine did a PB at -32m.

Comments: Freibad was closed so we had to find another way to enter the water. We parked the car on the L16 above the place marked 'Sandbank Pulvermaar' on Google maps. There is an easy path down to a narrow beach where it is easy to enter the water.

We put the plate at -35m (30m mark on Remus' rope). One warm up dive to -18m. Then 5 deep dives to -35m. First one not so good, but 4 next ones were quite controlled and relaxed. Deepest dive at -36.6m. Shallow security dives for Remus in between. Remus going down to -32m, probably his PB in cold sweet water.
