Comments: Visibility better than previous week. Water clear to -5m then becomes murky until -20, then becomes clearer again. We tried to put the plate at -40m, but it was actually at -45m. First attempt, I bailed out at -36.9m. Second attempt reached -44m, but forcing it in the last 3m. After that we put the plate at -35m. Did a relaxed dive at -35.5m. After that I started having sinus problems. Tried the fiber glass fins of Remus. Nice, a bit too soft for my legs.

Comments: First time in Pulvermaar. Water on the surface warm and murky. Get colder very fast as you go down. Below 25m visibility becomes much better. Did one deep dive with plate below 50m. Stopped before the plate, at -43.9m, personal best again! Not a clean dive, was quite desperate for air on the way up. Did another deep dive attempt later with the plate at -40m, but I bailed out at -30m.

Was the deepest diver on this day!

Comments: Just started with one warm up dive to 14m immediately followed by a deep dive to -39m, personal best! (the plate mysteriously went from -35m down to -39m during the dive).

Comments: Training to rescue a diver that simulates black out at -5m to -8m. Take him back to the surface and BTT. Then training dive technique at -19m: duck dive, free fall, turn, etc. Then doing some deep dives. First one to -31.1m, second one to -36.6m, personal best!

Comments:  Training with Jordan. I was training compensation and charging in the range -25m to -29m with front camera. Starting to get the hang of it. Video analysis showing that I am loosing too much air through my mask and mouth. Arms and head position needs improvement.
