Comments: Very effective training with Remus and Jordan. Jordan did a first dive to -50m without warm-up which went very well for him. Remus did free immersions at more than -30m. I broke my personal record at -31.7m.

Comments: Snorkeling just before sunset. A lot of fish, but no turtle nor rays. Lizard fish, Trumpet Fish, a huge Arrow Crab, very impressive. A school of mullets. Found a big corrie shell on an urchin.

Comments: 2 free diving sessions with Mehran, a local free diving instructor. I started with some constant weight dives, but then switched to Free Immersion because my left sinus was blocked. Mehran gave me some very good tips. It was a pleasure diving in great conditions: warm water, great visibility.

Comments: First exploration of underwater Tenerife. Met a small stingray hidden in the sand (filmed it, but accidentally lost the video). Met a sea turtle. Alcala is nicknamed "Turtle Reef" by the divers. Met other typical fish: Trumpet fish, Ornate Wrasse and Guinean Puffer.

Comments: First deep dive in Rochefontaine for Sandrine. She did very well going down to -20m. After the deep dives I went to look for the Porsche that hangs on a vertical wall. I found it! See video. Was filming quite a lot.
